Terms and service boundaries

Nature of the service
DashFin provides independent, point-in-time evaluation of specified AI outputs, prompts, simulated workflows, benchmarks and related evidence. The launch services use synthetic data only. Findings are limited to the model version, run conditions, cases, criteria, evidence and scope identified in the report.
No medical care
The website and services do not establish a doctor-patient relationship, diagnose or treat any person, or provide patient-specific medical advice. Synthetic examples must not be used to guide care.
No certification or approval
A DashFin report is not medical-device certification, conformity assessment, regulatory approval, legal advice, formal clinical-safety sign-off or a guarantee of safety or compliance. The client remains responsible for its product, deployment decisions, appointed professionals and regulatory obligations.
Client responsibilities
The client must accurately describe the system, intended use, users, jurisdiction, model identity, access method and known limitations. The current services do not accept identifiable, pseudonymised, claimed-redacted or otherwise real-person-derived patient data. A label such as redacted, de-identified or pseudonymised does not make patient data acceptable. The client must not provide unlawful material, third-party confidential information or credentials and must confirm its authority for every permitted input.
Evaluation limitations
AI behaviour can vary by model version, prompt, system context, settings, tools and external data. A bounded evaluation cannot prove the absence of all failures. Later releases or changed run conditions require separate assessment.
Agent-workflow evaluation does not authorise autonomous action or deployment. The client remains responsible for tool permissions, human oversight, clinical-safety management and every real-world action performed by its system.
Fees and commencement
Website prices are introductory indicators for suitable bounded work. A project begins only after service eligibility, scope, fee, payment arrangements, contracting and verified insurance scope have been recorded. No payment should be sent merely because an enquiry has been submitted.
Intellectual property
DashFin does not own Client Materials. Ownership and permitted use of client material, synthetic test cases, report content and reusable methodology will be stated in the written project terms; no ownership transfer is inferred. Website content may not be represented as an endorsement, certification or regulatory approval.
